We are a mother-daughter team bringing our passion, humor, expertise & professionalism to improving relationships with all their inherent wonderful, yet challenging complexities. Our goal is to guide singles in finding and maintaining healthy, fulfilling, and loving relationships. Together, we have created an online program, The Smart Woman’s Formula for Finding Love. 

Our program gives singles an advantage in finding the right partner. And what is just as important is learning essential relationship skills along with self reflection to ensure the relationship lasts. The quality of our relationships reflect the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves—meaning, good relationships start from the inside out.

A Bit More About Us

After graduating from UCLA, Iliana became a certified relationship coach and a Safe Conversations workshop leader based on the Imago relationship principles created by Harville Hendrix & Helen La Kelly Hunt. Coming from a family of therapists, it comes as no surprise that Iliana will soon be a therapist after she finishes her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and subsequent licensing.

Tracey is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice, a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, a certified AASECT sex therapist, and has a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. 

What happens when you put two passionate women together who share a common desire to teach people their potential for creating joy in their lives through all relationships? Enthusiasm that is contagious, hope that inspires, and a roadmap that guides to relationship success. 

The beginning of our mother-daughter venture began with our nerd nature of sharing podcasts and books on relationships, dating, mindfulness, happiness, and neuroplasticity. “It’s not that hard” was our running joke about relationships, followed by pensive sighs, then a note of seriousness filled the air with the reality that relationships can be incredibly challenging and a source of pain instead of pleasure. Our passion and excitement to prove relationships don’t have to be that hard fueled our inspiration to collaborate with one another, which led to the creation our program. 

What makes us and our program unique is our own strong relationship, collaboration of ideas,  and natural balance of different perspectives, research, trainings and experience. We are grateful for our own mother-daughter relationship and our own Imago relationship training, which is the foundation in all of our work and in our own personal lives. We recognize the foibles of being human and strive with curiosity and humbleness to become the best people we can be and are not afraid to gently hold the mirror up to one another and our selves.
